ORIGINAL RECIPROCATING FILING MACHINE & ROTARY HANDPIECE

The original Diprofil Reciprocating Filing Machine and Diprofil Rotary Handpiece for efficient polishing and finishing operations. The Diprofil Machines, with a wide range of tools and accessories, have been developed by careful studies of fine mechinal handwork and finishing operations. They facilitate filing, lapping, honing, polishing etc. and have become an important concept in the daily work of mouldmaking, die-sinking, toolmaking and other fine mechanical precision work.

The machines can be supplied with two different tool holders: standard 3,5 mm (FPP) or heavy duty 6,5 mm (FPM).

For better comfort, each model is available with an ergonomic rubber sleeve (R), The original Diprofil Filing Machine is also available for fiexible shaft drive or with integrated air motor.

If required, all models have the possibility of air cooling through a thin air tube, connected to a  nipple on machine housing.

 The micromotor-driven Diprofil Rotary Handpiece, HPN,
is suitable for a wide variety of applications, especially for high torque work.

The Diprofil Handpiece is also available with integrated air motor (HPL)

 The Diprofil Power Unit (DPU) is designed to give maximum performance to the Diprofil micromotor machines. An electronic feedback system compensates for speed drop when loaded. The Diprofil Power Unit is also adaptable to other micromotors.

All Diprofil machines are delivered in a strong plastic case including the necessary accessories.

To the Filing Machine a FNA-31 and a machine kit are include.

To the Handpiece an extra collet is included.
